Before founding Aura Events, Hayden spent 10 years delivering high-end corporate experiences across Ibiza and the European Alps, working with some of the UK's leading event companies and their clients.
That track record — built across incentive travel, leadership retreats, team building programes and client entertainment — is the foundation everything Aura Events is built on.
Aura Events also works in partnership with established corporate event companies as DMC "Destination Management Company", providing destination expertise, local knowledge and on-the-ground management for programes across both destinations.
When other event companies need someone who truly knows Ibiza and the Alps, they call Hayden.
CASE STUDY 1 — Tenzing Equity, Ibiza 2024
Client incentive, reward & relationship building — 37 guests
Tenzing equity had a group of high achieving company leaders and key clients — people who are hard to impress and even harder to retain. The brief was clear: reward performance, deepen relationships, and remind this group why they choose to work with Tenzing.
We designed a three-day programe around the side of Ibiza most people never see. Accommodation
at the beautiful Mongibello Hotel in Santa Eulalia. Arrivals coordinated across three separate flights from
Manchester and Munich, transferring seamlessly into lunch at La Paloma in Ibiza's rural north. Private boats to Formentera the following morning, lunch at Juan y Andrea on the beach at Illetes, sunset cocktails and dinner at Roto Ibiza. A final morning of simultaneous watersports — jetski, parasailing and paddleboard — before a seamless transfer to two separate departure flights. Hayden coordinated every element personally throughout.

CASE STUDY 2 — Jarvis Build Ltd, Chamonix 2026
Leadership retreat & incentive travel — 8 guests
Jarvis build wanted more than a ski trip. They wanted their leadership team to decompress, reconnect and come back with a renewed sense of shared purpose — in one of the world's great mountain environments.
We designed a six-night programe at the exclusive Chalet Melezes in Les Praz, with five days across Chamonix's world-class ski areas — including a day across the border in Courmayeur, Italy, and a visit
to the legendary Folie Douce at Saint Gervais. A structured team conference session on arrival set the
tone. Private catered gala dinners at the chalet on the first and last nights bookended the week. Every
transfer, restaurant reservation, lift pass and activity was coordinated personally by Hayden throughout.

CASE STUDY 3 — Infinitum Media, Ibiza September 2025
Client & executive entertainment — 12 guests
Infinitem media had a mixed group of key clients and senior executives — a high-value audience that needed to feel genuinely looked after from the moment they landed.
We based the group at Hotel Corso in Marina Botafoch, one of Ibiza's most stylish and well-connected addresses. The programe centred on El Silencio — lunch, sunset and the kind of atmosphere that stays with you — followed by an exclusive evening at Pacha, one of the world's most iconic nightclubs.
When the weather deteriorated significantly during the trip, some disruption was unavoidable. But it was precisely in those moments that Hayden's 20 years of local knowledge and relationships proved their
real value. Swift last-minute itinerary changes, alternative venues secured at short notice, and calm on-the-ground management meant the group experienced the best the island had to offer despite the conditions. What could have unravelled became a testament to why local expertise matters.

Who are we?
For over 20 years, Hayden has split his time between Ibiza and Chamonix, immersing himself in the cultures, communities and hidden corners of both destinations. His journey has included owning and operating a bar, restaurant and nightclub in Ibiza, managing high-end corporate events across the Alps, and captaining private boat charters through the crystal-clear waters of Ibiza and Formentera.
What drives Hayden is something no agency can replicate — a genuine, personal connection to the places he works in and the people he works with. He doesn't brief a local team and fly in for the welcome dinner. He's already there. He knows the restaurateur, the skipper, the mountain guide and the hotel manager personally. That's not a selling point. That's just how it works when someone has lived somewhere for two decades.
We don't just operate in these destinations — we live them.
